You can change who's active and who's on the bench, you can trade wrestlers with other players, and you can drop your wrestlers to pick up free agents anytime while rosters are not locked. The trade deadline is halfway through the season and trades can only be cancelled by the commissioner if he declares it to be unfair. Rosters will be locked from the start until the finish of any weekly game (for weekly games, rosters don't unlock until 12 hours after Smackdown ends) or pay-per-view. No changes can be made while rosters are locked. On a normal week, this would be from the beginning of Raw until the end of Smackdown.

     Anytime a wrestler returns to the WWE after an absence, a new wrestler debuts, a wrestler is dropped from someone's team, or an attempt is made to pick up an inactive wrestler, they will be placed on the waiver wire. After 24 hours, the highest team on the waiver priority list that made a claim gets that wrestler. Waiver priority will start as the reverse of the draft order and anyone that successfully makes a claim will drop to the bottom of the list. Teams may only obtain one wrestler per week from the waiver wire (you can make multiple claims but can only obtain one of those).

     You never have to make waiver claims or do anything extra to bench your own players, change your team captain, or pick up a free agent. Simply make that change in the group chat.

     *If one of your superstars is injured/announced as injured between the three weekly shows in a normal game, you can switch them with an EXISTING bench wrestler on your team if you choose.
